Selective Black and White

The selective use of black and white can be hit or miss. Some like it, some love it, some hate it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. 

However it is easy to achieve, I use Paint.Net as I don't have Photoshop CS6 on my laptop, but I use that on the college computers. 

I have tried it with Gimp 2, however it is 10x quicker, simpler and easier to do it with Paint.Net and Photoshop.
