Doing Make Up with Photoshop

This is another one of Amy, who never wears make up. However, using photoshop and possibly Gimp, however it is easier using photoshop (I haven't properly tried it with Paint.net),  it is possible to make people look like they are wearing make up. It's really simple, just duplicate the layer and set that layer to soft light and then paint over the features that you want to change. If you think it's too bold or bright, you can alter the opacity as well.
