Photoshop Doll Effect

Using photoshop I made my friend Amy look like a doll. The technique is very simple as I just duplicated the original image several times and brushed over the details I wanted to alter in colour such as the skin and hair and then set the layer to soft light and changed the opacity depending on how bright the colour was
